Software Development Sr. Analyst (OTM Implementation \ Support)

Essential Functions:
- Interprets requirements data, maps current and future state business processes to the packaged application(s) being implemented, and develops plans to address functional gaps between the packaged application and the redesigned processes.
- Should be able to work in global development environment and take up leadership in providing the IT solution.
- Develops depth of implementation experience to address multiple integration points between functions, related interface and data conversion issues, and expanded setup and configuration requirements.
- Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
- Communicates in formal presentation settings including medium to large sized groups of key decision makers.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Logistics or related field; Advance Degree a plus
- 2 Years of OTM Implementation / support experience with overall 5+ Years of experience
- Logistics experience, preferably within Transportation Planning and Execution
- Logistics Reporting needs and capabilities, Supply chain event Management
- Transportation Management application Experience, OTM(GC3) experience a Plus
- Experience in application integration
- Experience in International logistics, Order Management, Planning, Execution and Visibility, a plus
- Domain knowledge in Logistics & SCM industries
- OTM v6.2 Product Experience: Planning & Execution, OBIEE, FTI, Automation Agents, PL/SQL & Procedures, Creating Screen sets, Menu's, Roles and Rates, Reports built through XML Publisher.
- Strong Knowledge of Work flows (Automation Agents) and OTM Functional Architecture is a must
- Knowledge in Kewill, PCMiler and SCM3.
- Exposure to Oracle 11g, PL/SQL, XML, XSL, JSP, JavaScript and JAVA based applications/products from a technical stand point is a plus.
- Should have experience in PL/SQL programming.
- Should have used Oracle as backend.
- Strong technical skills with hands on experience in Technology.
- Strong analytical, design and debugging skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high volume and high availability transactional applications under tight time constraints.
- Excellent problem solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
